Acceptable Use Policy

This policy lists what you may and may not do when using Flaga AI. It applies to every account, every AI action and every piece of content you submit.
1. Use the service as intended
Flaga AI is designed for personal health, nutrition, fitness and recovery guidance. Use it for your own goals and don’t resell, sublicense or repackage AI outputs as an independent product.
2. No harmful or illegal content
Do not use Flaga AI to promote self-harm, disordered eating, unsafe extreme protocols, illegal substances or activities that would harm you or others.
3. No abuse of the AI
Do not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, scrape or reverse-engineer the AI, bypass credit metering, or automate the platform beyond the rate limits published in-product.
4. Respect other people
Do not upload data about other people without their consent, and don’t use Flaga AI to harass, defame or discriminate against anyone.
5. Security
Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without written authorization. Report security issues responsibly to [email protected].
6. Enforcement
Breaches may lead to suspension or termination of your account. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. Where applicable we may refund unused credits in line with the Refund Policy.
