Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Flaga Company sp. z o.o. (Akacjowa 11, 83-200 Nowa Wieś Rzeczna, Poland), operator of Flaga AI. By creating an account, buying credits or using the platform you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service
Flaga AI provides AI-generated nutrition, training and recovery guidance. Recommendations are informational, personalized based on the data you provide, and are not medical advice.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Flaga AI. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. AI credits
Access to AI features is billed in credits (1 credit = €0.10 or the equivalent in supported currencies). Credits are purchased in packs of 50 or more, are non-transferable, and expire 12 months after purchase unless required otherwise by law.
We may adjust the credit cost of individual AI actions from time to time and will show the updated cost before you spend credits.
4. Payment
Payments are processed in EUR, USD, GBP or PLN using the payment methods offered at checkout. Bank-transfer orders are activated only after we confirm the incoming payment.
5. Acceptable use
You must use Flaga AI in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not resell the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, or use it for unlawful, harmful or discriminatory purposes.
6. Health disclaimer
Flaga AI is not a doctor, dietitian or licensed medical practitioner. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training, nutrition or medication, especially if you have a medical condition.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its brand, code and AI models are owned by Flaga AI. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, and we will refund unused credits according to our Refund Policy where applicable.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flaga AI is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where Flaga Company sp. z o.o. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.
